Rates for Loon Lodge and for the Bunkhouse are listed below. Please feel free to email with any questions.

Loon Lodge Rental Rates
Loon Lodge sleeps up to six guests in the upper level, and an additional four guests in the lower level.

The Bunkhouse Rental Rates
If you have a larger party, The Bunkhouse sleeps up to six guests and is available as an addition to the rental of the Loon Lodge.

Security Deposit
A separate security deposit in the amount of $500 is due at the time of rental, and reservations are not secured until it is received. The security deposit is fully refundable after your stay is completed and an inspection shows the property has no damage.

Check-In/Out
Check in is 4:00 PM - Check out is 11:00 AM Friday to Friday for weekly rentals, please.
Pets
Pets may be allowed for an additional fee of $100 per week. Please ask in advance.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds
Email notification received greater than 60 days of reservation date:100% refund if canceled via email.
Email notification received greater than 30 days of reservation date: You can move your reservation to any other open slot in that calendar year. (If no alternate selection is chosen, the deposit is forfeited).
Email notification less than 30 days of reservation date: No deposit refund.
